Media Wave Group, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Frosty Tasks application ("App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about our data practices. We collect only the information necessary to provide the App's functionality.
Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we receive limited profile information from those services, which may include your name, email address, and a unique account identifier. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.
Task Data: We store the tasks, descriptions, due dates, priorities, lists, reminders, and other content you create within the App ("User Content"). This data is stored on our servers to provide the App's core functionality, including syncing your tasks across multiple devices.
Authentication Tokens: We generate and store session tokens to keep you signed in across devices. These tokens expire automatically after 7 days and are cryptographically signed to prevent tampering.
Device Information: If you enable push notifications, we may store a device identifier to deliver notifications to your device. We do not collect device hardware identifiers, advertising identifiers, or other device fingerprinting data.
Usage Data: We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, browsing history, location data, or behavioral tracking data. We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, we will make reasonable efforts to delete your data from our active systems, although residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.

We retain your account information and User Content for as long as your account remains active. Authentication tokens expire automatically after 7 days. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal information from our active databases within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days before being automatically purged.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
